It's an unbelievably gloomy morning in Mexico City today, which is weird because the sun is usually roasting me to a nice golden finish. Well since we couldn't go out into the city for our daily walk, me and nana are just watching techno music videos, as any other grandparent and child duo would do. This especially catchy slash sort of annoying song came on that I'd been hearing all over the city since I got in, it's called "Summer Nights (Oh La La La La La La)," yes with that many la's, I'm surprised they fit on the tv screen. It's insanely catchy by itself, although the video is really the cherry on top, it looks like an old Puff Daddy, excuse me P. Diddy, excuse me Diddy, exzcuse me Pu Deh Deh video; everyone dressed in white button downs and white bikinis, grinding and dancing on a yacht with a beautiful view of the ocean. Damn beautiful people and their beautiful parties. I'm on a boat! I had to.
Right after that little gem this banger came on. I think it has to win some award for most sexual dancing in the middle of a beach award. They have those right? Well I thought this was a cool video because apparently this guy is a huge pop star all throughout Latin America AND he's out. See Ricky Martin you can do it too.
