Let It Eat You Alive
Just one thing, this better be the real cover - it's flawless. Also check out the preview to La GaGa's next single off her upcoming "The Fame Monster." The track is called "Don't Call My Name" and is stacking up to be quite brilliant, but I'm biased so check it out for yourself below.

Can You Walk And Talk?
Meet Yuksek, he's a French musician, not to mention major cutie, that makes really interesting, really great electro pop awesomeness. His video for "Extraball" featuring Amanda Blank, who we already talked about here, is phenomenal, and his debut album is stacking up to be pretty incredible. Enjoy "Extraball" below and click over to his Myspace to listen to more.

Wild About This
I had heard noise about Natalie Imbruglia coming out with a new album, first thing I thought was I need to hear "Torn" now, then I thought about how the album was going to sound because I hadn't heard anything from her in a while, well apparently girl has updated her music to reflect the changing times because it's packing some seriously wonderful sounds. Check out the quirky, yes quirky, video to "Wild About It." It's just... wonderful, also girl has aged seriously well. Need. Secret. Now.
You didn't think I'd write a Natalie Imbruglia post and not have "Torn" did you? Insanity.
Oh 90's you were good to me and I to you.

The Mystery Man and/or Men
So I've been listening to an incredible album, called "Psychic Chasms," by a band or artist named Neon Indian who comes from Austin, Texas or Brooklyn, New York and whose influences include Mom and whose members include Wow. Yeah, I'm liking that I know absolutely everything and absolutely nothing about this band or artist. The album is incredible, a little bit MGMT, a little bit Passion Pit; necessary because all good music blogs make comparisons of course.
Check out the sound for yourself...
Also check out Neon Indian's Myspace page to hear some more tracks and attempt to decipher the information. All in all it's a great album, haven't really heard to much like it, expect it out October 13.

Stone Cold Sober Babe
These beautiful pictures are from photographer David Sherry via V Magazine. God they're gorgeous, especially love the first one. Anyways for some weird reason, so works the mystery that is my brain, when I started looking at his portfolio I started humming Paloma Faith's "Stone Cold Sober" which has a video that is very much a Vogue shoot set to beautiful music, which actually looks sort of like these photos, got to love when it comes back full circle.

the Awesomeness
As the years go on my musical tastes have gotten stranger + stranger, much to my delight. Fever Ray is definitely a testament to that.
